Send the right t shirt that was ordered and respond to emails. Not only has it taken almost 3 weeks to receive the wrong t shirt but can’t even agree to rectify the issue and send the correct one.
That was first wash at 30 degrees as it says on the label - in on it's own and only being washed as it was new and I assumed there would be some bleed of red from it. It hadn't been worn in anger yet! Very disappointed as it was for my son to wear at Sunderland's first European away game for 53 years in Lieria tonight - he's there. But the T isn't.
Took ages to arrive - totally the wrong design I ordered and the logo isn’t even straight !!!! A total waste of money !!!!
Well the replacement order reached me albeit after I’d left for my holidays. I will say they are a bit of fun and ok for £15.00..not for wearing out as the quality is not up there. I hope the main event Tees are better quality, I may find out. But thank you for making sure I received something for my money.
You can improve by actually sending the item ordered !!!!
